Our eLive Auction 82

21. - 25. May 2024 | www.eLive-Auction.de

Dear bidders, coin and medal enthusiasts,

Our eLive Auction 82 will take place from Tuesday, May 21 to Saturday, May 25, 2024. On offer will be around 3,000 lots with coins and medals from the world of the Ancient World, the Medieval and Modern Times as well as Orders and Decorations.

The auction starts on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 from 2 p.m. with 376 ancient coins. The spectrum ranges from Celtic, Greek, Roman and Byzantine to Middle Eastern coins. Among the Greek coins, a small but interesting series of Cretan coins stands out. The series of Roman coins is again particularly extensive, ending with numerous very interesting, collector-friendly lots.

On the following three auction days, each starting at 2 p.m. (CET), we will be presenting Coins and Medals from Germany, Europe and Overseas.
We present a nice series of Chinese cent and dollar coins. We also recommend an attractive series of coins from Habsburg with many pieces from the Austrian Empire and from Salzburg. And from the field of German coins, we would like to draw your attention to a large Mecklenburg collection with many rarities in excellent condition, as well as an extensive collection of German silver and gold coins since1871.

On Saturday, May 25, 2024 from 10 a.m. (CET), we will be presenting 390 lots of orders of chivalry, decorations, medals, mounted groups, miniatures, badges and documents from Germany, Europe and overseas.
Part 14 of Peter Groch's collection will kick things off with the first part of the German documents.

The second, much more extensive part of the auction with awards from various properties follows immediately afterwards with German orders of chivalry, decorations and medals, including series, among others from Lippe and Schaumburg-Lippe, Mecklenburg-Schwerin and -Strelitz, Prussia and the Iron Cross, Württemberg, the German Empire, the so-called Weimar Republic and the German Democratic Republic. From Europe there are series from Great Britain, Austria, the Russian Empire, the Soviet Union and the Ottoman Empire. At the end there are to find awards from overseas, including China, Lebanon and the USA.

We hope you enjoy studying the auction.

Best regards from Osnabrück
