Results of our Fall Auction Sale 2014

11. October 2014 10:09

Dear Bidders and Coin Enthusiasts,

Another exciting auction-week came to an end on Friday evening with our sale of ancient coins. With an over all hammer price of 11.4 Mio € the Künker Fall Auction 2014 went nearly 50 % over the estimated price (7.9 Mio €).

We are very grateful for over 3.200 bidders that took part in the auction, of whom over 400 were present in the auction room. Because of this incredible participation, the collection of English coins as well as the first part of the collection Horn nearly doubled in price. The collection of ancient coins formed by a connaisseur was sold for even more than double of the estimate. We want to take this opportunity and sincerely thank all of our customers around the world for the trust that you have placed in us over all the years.

As well as other Künker Auctions, the Fall Auction 2014 is a great indication, that Künker is the right address if you are thinking about selling your collection. You can talk to our customer service and our numismatic specialists about all the details.
